Insightful peek into the world of retail featuring a complex performance from John C. Reilly and Sean William Scott taking on a part unlike his usual Stifler-like roles. Steve Conrad's direction does not really tell us what side to take (although it's mainly seen from Scott's character's point of view) and gives the film depth.
Sort of straddles the line between comedy and drama.
