Anyone who has "competed" for a job promotion would enjoy this movie. The characters face moral choices throughout the movie, which are sometimes funny and sometimes heartfelt.
The Good:
1. The internal struggles involved in the moral decision making were very interesting.
2. Gil Bellows as Mitch.
3. Jenna Fischer has this girl-next door hottie vibe about that is very nice.
The Bad:
1. The whole drug abuse plot didn't seem to work and there were some loose storylines throughout the movie.
