Review of The Promise (2017) by Armen A — 21 Apr 2017
Excellent cast and storyline. It was focused on a love story in the backdrop of the Armenian Genocide! Saying I liked it not as an Armenian but an avid movie buff, I truly enjoyed the film itself. It was very difficult to watch some of the scenes knowing those people went through that back in 1915.
I'm not into documentaries and so I'm glad it had an alternate story line as well!
