Outstanding film by the director of Hotel Rwanda. I cried throughout the second half. A startling exploration of the despair that gripped the Armenian people during World War I. It's about a time in history that needed to be shown -- the Turkish army's genocide of the Armenian people during World War I.
And as IMDB revealed weeks ago, Turkey has hijacked the rating system for this film by paying Turkish people to pan the film so the genocide is forgotten.
