Review of The Promise (2016) by Regina S — 25 Apr 2017
This is a must see movie. It is a moving portrayal of the genocide of the Armenians by the Turks. It has been suppressed for over 100 years by the Turks who won't admit to this day that it even happened.
Most people aren't aware of this. All of us are familiar with the Holocaust but not too many people know about the Armenians. I was given free tickets by my Armenian friend and I'm so glad that I went to see this.
Don't miss this movie.
