Review of The Prize Winner of Defiance, Ohio (2005) by Sot O — 06 Oct 2009
I didn't expect much from this movie. Which is probably why I ended up liking it so much. It is heartfelt, but not deep. I think about it from time to time, so it is memorable (at least to me). What I take away from it is the moral of: It could be worse/It could get better/It's life, so live it. That kind of thing. The mood I would have to be in is "bored and looking for a little inspiration". I liked it well enough.
Would I watch it again? I would like to see it again.
