Perhaps in film business terms, reaching a third part means success. It's not really something I can debate, the mere fact that this film exists proves it.

But how functional is such an unfunny tale still? None of the previous films were.

This one just stretches the limits of how much you're willing to believe.

Vanessa Hudgens tries to make it operational, but she's barely given anything interesting to do other than switch identities.

This is just another filler for the Netflix masses.
