Review of The Princess Stallion (1997) by Callum C — 02 Aug 2013
This Hallmark production has the beauty of the Scots' Highlands and the horse to recommend it, but not much else. The girl's acting is not good and the music is horrible. The script is appalling. I'm old enough to remember when Hallmark made outstanding productions, such as Kipling's The Light That Failed with Richard Baseheart and Pamela Brown and.
Elizabeth and Essex with Charleton Heston and Lynn Fontaine on Hallmark Hall of Fame. We used to look forward to.
Such programs. What happened to them? This movie would be okay for young kids, but offers nothing for adults.
