Review of The Princess Blade (2001) by Magnus W — 29 Aug 2008
Martial arts movie that tries to be more drama then action packed. It starts of with okay action. Then they actually tries to dive into the main character and her relation to life. This result in a huge drop in tempo, to the point of getting boring for a while.
In the end they manage to get some feelings about her life through, but only after a quite dull end fight. Plus for setting in dystopian near future clan divided japan like country.
