Eh, I liked the IDEA of the protagonist and her story, but it didn't play out in a very exciting way. The songs were bland, I had really expected better from a Disney film. They had catchy jazz tunes but un-inventive lyrics.
The only real draw of this move (besides the jazz) was the villain. He was cool, but we saw so little of him that we barely knew anything about him. His motives were only hinted at, and he just wasn't utilized well.
