Review of The Princess and the Frog (2009) by Jard M — 18 Jul 2011

Princess and The Frog is the first traditional 2D animated movie from Disney for quite some time. I think that it's apart of what makes this movie work so well. I will admit that CGI animated movies aren't all bad but Disney needs to remember its roots sometimes.

Anyway Princess and The Frog is a fun, entertaining movie that the kids should eat up and even the parents will find themselves enjoying. There a maybe a few too many songs and the ending seemed to be forced but still those minor problems aside, still a recommended animated movie.
