Review of The Princess and the Frog (2009) by Ojas V — 10 Sep 2011
Not a bad film, especially concerning the bright stylized New Orleans, but the characters are not as memorable as those from other Disney classics. The songs are not memorable at all (which is sad considering they are in the Jazz capital of the world) and the story suffers from being too plot driven.
However, Tiana is great as an anti-princess, and shines. I would have liked to see more about the villian's motivation. This one is alright.
