Review of The Princess and the Frog (2009) by Bradley W — 02 Apr 2012
The Princess and the Frog was a wonderfully beautiful film that has brought back the classic hand drawn Disney to the world, instead of all these computer animated films we see these days. The plot was incredibly well done and funny, I was hoping I would be brought back to my childhood with films like Alladin, Pinnochio, The Lion King, Tarzan, Hercules, Beauty and the Beast, Cinderella, Peter Pan, and Snow White, all these films were brought back to me during this film and that is a magical thing.
The animation is as beautiful as I remember it in when I was a kid, and it just took me into another world. The songs were tremendous and I am putting them in line with classics I saw when I was a kid, they surprised me with how great of songs they wrote.
When watching this film you need to remember the good old days and have the imagination of a child, and since I did I ended up falling deeply in love with this masterpiece.
