This movie is directed towards children. It is about the story of the Exodus. Moses was born in the times of slavery. It shows how Moses lived a life of luxury as a Prince of Egypt and how reckless he was until he found the truth out. In an act of kindness, he learns that he is Hebrew and all his days were a lie. He looks into the history of his people, and finds out that all newborns were killed, or drowned in the Nile River. After the truth is discovered, he kills a guard leaves towards the desert. He starts a new life with a wife and a new family, then God reveals his plan to relieve his people from slavery. Although his movie depicted the story of Exodus, this movie might have added more events and singing then the actual event. The message is still clear that Moses lead his people to the promise land.

In the Jewish religion, this is the Story of Exodus. This story is celebrated during Passover. It is a major Jewish holiday where the youngest male asks four questions: 1)Why do we eat only matzoh on Pesach? 2) Why do we eat bitter herbs, maror, at our Seder? 3) Why do we dip our foods twice tonight? 4) Why do we lean on a pillow tonight? These questions are answered through their Passover ritual. It consists of eating bread that has not wheat so it is not risen, has bitter herbs, salt water, parsley, and maror on Seder (a ceremonial dinner on the first two nights of Passover). Passover is a reminder of how the Jews were slaves under the Egyptians for generations. Moses wanted his people freed after he had heard God's plan of him freeing his people. He went to the Pharaoh's palace and told the Pharaoh he must free the slaves. The Pharaoh denied the request and suffered the plagues. After the plague, unleashed the Pharaoh released the slaves. Moses was guided by God into the freeing the slaves into the promise land.
