Surprisingly . . . I liked it. The animated characters are so good that the voices aren't recognizable (while I came out of the movie loving the vocal work so much that I wanted to know who they were.
) Not so much unnecessary material as DeMille's, and some of the songs are quite good. I do break from tradition with the opinion that "When you Believe" is not all that great- I also had a bit of a problem with Aaron being the disbeliever.
He was the "mouthpiece" in the real story :).
