Review of The Prince of Egypt (1998) by Armando O — 27 Nov 2012
This isn't a Disneyfied version of Moses, no this is a biblical epic with powerful images, great voice acting & some very good songs, though not so memorables to be honest. The relationship between Moses & his brother is very powerful for an animated movie & you feel bad actually when they must become enemies.
There is of course some strong stuff here for the kids, but if you're gonna introduce your child to Bible stories, then this a perfect choice for that.
