How is this an underrated animated film, I think it's phenomenal as the greatest animated film not made by Disney, okay maybe I seem like I'm only praising it blindly but maybe the only flaw is that the female characters are not sexy beautiful enough and probably the fact that God's voice (By Val Kilmer as Moses as well) is kinder than wrathful as in the original Ten Commandments by Cecil B.
DeMille in 1956 because nothing says God's vocals like Batman Forever.
