The Prince Of Egypt cramps in the story of Moses into a short Disney flick. The movie serves its purpose as a religiously amusing "simpilized" adaptation with its moments of heart and humor to satisfy the younger viewers that it's intended for.
Otherwise, The Ten Commandments is the film to see for a fantastic film based on Moses, if you don't mind that it's nearly 60 years old and almost 4 hours long. Otherwise, Prince Of Egypt is still good and recommended.
