Review of The Prestige (2006) by Satya C — 13 Aug 2015
The Prestige is one of the better Nolan films thanks to intriguing subject matter, great execution, terrific performances from Jackman and Bale, suave directing and a twist ending that is very satisfying and nicely done.
The characters are not particularly well developed and the movie is uneven at times, but it is overall a very engaging, at times riveting and emotionally intense look at obsession, rivalry and sacrifice.
