OK-ish crime-drama. Plot is decent and reasonably intriguing. The relationship/romantic-drama stuff feels lame, and unconvincing, though.
Sean Connery and Mark Harmon are OK in the lead roles. Decent support from Jack Warden and Meg Ryan.
