Review of The President's Analyst (1967) by Matthew M — 14 Apr 2008
For the first half-hour of the film, I would have never guessed what it would become by end other than a standard 60s comedy. It happened to be a normal comedy for 1967, and by that I mean Coburn is chased by foreign spies, becomes a hippy, has many acid trips, and is kidnapped by the most evil corporation on Earth, the Phone Company.
This could be considered rediculous, but it was nothing more than a landslide of madness. A film completely of its time, and almost endlessly entertaining.
