Review of The Predator (2018) by Abr — 13 Sep 2018

I liked first movie a lot, but it's 2018 and fantastic and action movies are a bit different now. I went to cinema with low expectations, and you know, the movie is quite good!

The movie has good action scenes, some are very brutal. The plot is really secondary here and goes worse in second part of the film, but gags and shoot outs do not let you bore.

Characters are a bit shallow, but those soldiers from the bus are really funny. But, two persons are outrageous. The first is the son of main hero, his role in the plot are rediculous. The second is scientist girl, she is astronomer, she runs as fast as a bus, she can handle smg, assault rifle with underbarrel grenade launcher easily. She is just a wonder woman from the lab. I like good woman characters, but this super soldier is a big ha-ha.

But, anyway, for the movie with rank B, it's very good reason to spend two hours in cinema.
