Review of The Power of One (1992) by Lizelle L — 05 Nov 2008
This is not a movie for the weak or faint of heart! The movie hits head on about the apartheid in Africa. The movie follows the life of a little English boy around the time of WW II. It's about how his life changed 100's of others lives.
A waterfall begins with only one drop of water.... Very well acted (includes Morgan Freeman, one of my personal favs!)! Good plot, a lot of violence though. This is not for kids or anyone who is bothered with too much blood and difficult content.
Highly recommend this one. It's by far one of my favs. ...anything that teaches people how to love and respect others no matter their race.
