Well done for seemingly low budget - some of the acting made it clear (even if you didn't already know) that this is not a real documentary - though the effort is there. Some definitely creepy moments (eg the killer videotaping a little girl playing in her yard which then leads to her disappearance).
The "footage" of the murders and tortures was twisted and creepy at times - overall - worth a watch....
