It kind of hard to truly describe what this movie is... I would say that it is kind of like unsolved mysteries but with more violence and big steel balls. This movie gets away with a lot and I am glad for it.
The movie has an over whelming creepy vibe that is just intensified by the bizarre motivations of the serial killer. The movie has drawbacks (the film is too grainy in parts where you really need to see what is going on, some characters are not good actors, and it does have some cheesiness to it).
Even though there are quiet a few drawbacks and that the movie is not widely known, it is a good horror/slasher/cult mockumentary (wow this movie falls into a lot of genres).
