Review of The Post (2017) by Donald S — 03 Feb 2018
Unlike Spielberg's other two recent examinations of American political morality ("Lincoln" and "Bridge of Spies") , "The Post" lacks a great screenplay to anchor the film.
Ultimately I still like the final product as Streep is quite good and the endless parade of character actors in the supporting cast is impressive.
