Not a bad film, although the first half of the movie is decidedly worse than the second half, with a lot of name dropping with little context and you are left wondering what role each person plays (e.g.
Tom Hanks vs. Meryl Streep vs Tracy Letts). What I DO object to is Spielberg's heavy-handed directing & so many of the scenes are so over-acted and too orchestrated that you feel like the story isn't even real & that its just pulling on your heart strings.
..not the best effort I've seen from such a sterling cast.
