The best of the 70s disaster movies. This cast boasts 5 Oscar winners, and that's probably why it's the most interesting and least exploitative movie in this genre. You actually begin to care for these characters and root for them to get off the boat, rather than wait to see how they die.
(For a movie like that, go see the Towering Inferno.) This has one of the most memorable scenes ever involving Shelley Winters, and never forget... there's always got to be a morning after.
