I just walked out of the cinema in Newtown after watching The Portal! I cried, laughed and it hit so many heart strings.

I’m feeling so full. What incredible stories that really display the impact that meditation and stillness has on our life! No matter who you are, where you come from or what your story is. It displays strength, courage, possibility with a side plate of humour that made me re-inspired to meditate again, even though I’m a daily meditator.. I wanted to meditate more.. Pheeewwwfff! The world needs to see this.
