Review of The Pool (2001) by Matt R — 04 Jul 2008
The prolonged scenes about almost nothing are completely uninteresting and dull. There are no interesting conversations and moments in it to save this awfully overrated film. The characters, especially the snobbish mystery writer, are no one to care for.
The ending just makes the film more confusing and more messed-up than it is. After watching the whole film, I feel like that there are a lot of unresolved plots and loose ends in it.
