Somehow I avoided this for a decade... until this fateful night.
I'll say this: the visuals are good, and maybe even slightly ahead of their time.
I'll also say this: it's the most stressful holiday film i've ever seen, and the most unintentional childrens' psychological horror/thriller of all time.
Never again.
If poppy ever mentions it later, i'll pretend I don't know what she's talking about.
