The Polar Express is one of those movies that has a HUGE potential to be great. With an interesting premise at the start, but fell short and flat. Visually though, it is incredible and catchy to the eyes.
Animation does look awkward though. Does it work as a visually beautiful Christmas-themed movie? Yes. But does it have the FEEL of Christmas? Not really.
