Review of The Pledge (2001) by Graham H — 23 Sep 2007
A loverly little film about a man that made a promise and stopped at nothing to try and keep it, some fine performances and an interesting plot, I think Sean Penn did an excellent job with this movie by making good use of music and picking out some beautiful scenes, OK so it wasn't the best movie I have seen but it was well worthy of 4 stars and from a man who is already a great actor I think this is the 1st step for Sean Penn to becoming a great director aswel.
