If proof outside of his acting roles were needed to suggest Sean Penn is a miserable cunt look no further than this miserable highlight from his directorial career (they are all miserable - even "Into The Wild" has a sad fucking ending).
But misery loves company and I am more than willing to spend a few hours in Mr Penn's company watching Nicholson go bat-shit looking for someone he will never find. Amazing film.
