Review of The Player (1992) by Min R — 10 Jan 2011
It was brought to my attention that the opening scene from this film was borrowed from "A Touch of Evil." Well I finally saw "A Touch of Evil" and it was a great movie. But I'm not a huge fan of Orson Welles. It's difficult to argue against his genius, but I prefer Fellini, Kubrick, Kurosawa, Bergman over Welles.
