Review of The Player (1992) by Grant P — 20 Jun 2007
The Player is somewhere between Adaptation and I Know What You Did Last Summer, haha. Some scenes in the film play out like a dream sequence and others are remarkably ordinary. I recommending watching as one of Altman's better films although not quite as potent as Nashville or Short Cuts.
