If there's one movie I could recommend to you that you've maybe never heard of or considered watching, it's this largely unsung, slow-burn thriller starring Ryan Gosling, Bradley Cooper, Eva Mendes, Dane DeHaan, and Ray Liotta.
Taking risks that go against the grain of filmmaking convention, and peeling back the scar tissue of small-town law enforcement, this movie succeeds in revealing the messy relationship between crimes of every stripe and their respective social classes.
