The Pirates! Band of Misfits, a new adventure from the time-tested masters of stop-motion films, Aardman Animations, has great style, loads of energy, a magnificent score, and some very funny gags. There are, however, some rather questionable soundtrack selections, gags, and storytelling elements that might make you scratch your head.
