Loved it as a teen. Liked it as a young adult. And now, as a Grandmother, I appreciate it for all it offered, in its time. Being a fan of both lead actors has cinched my vote.
There are Pirates seeking loot. Damsels seeking love. Guardsmen attempting to guard. It teases propriety and throws in a bit of absurdity. Singing and dancing. Lips locking and swords swinging.
