I think this is the best of the series. Dreyfus finally becomes the Dr Evil-esque character he's been threatening to turn into, It also contains the best Kato fight (auuuuuuuuuuuuuuu!). The final seduction scene is great, and my personal highlight is Clouseau's attempts to gain access to Dreyfus' castle.
