While it won't be like the 1964 classic, this new version of The Pink Panther is still funny and exciting thanks to an okay performance by Steve Martin as Inspector Jacques Closeau, a fun supporting cast headed by Kevin Kline, Beyonce Knowles, Jean Reno and Emily Mortimer, weird cameos by Jason Statham and Clive Owen, interesting directing by Shawn Levy, exotic locations and interesting scenes and sequences that anyone watching Pink Panther for the first time will enjoy the mystery of this fascinating franchise.
