This movie will cheer you up. It is not supposed to have the best acting or the best storyline or even the best dialogues, it's just the weird combination of a genius of comedy, an amazing french actor and a big pop star that is going to make you laugh.
Anything is supposed to make sense in any way, that's the real joy in this movie and, in some way, keeps itself true to the original cartoon: a senseless, dumb comedy.
