Review of The Pink Panther 2 (2009) by Noah C — 17 Jul 2010
Not at all as funny as the first one. Though they did bring in great talent, especially John Cleese and Andy Garcia, it still fell short of being absolutely funny. The plot was not as gripping, and the development was stunted in many areas.
Though it was not a total loss, I laughed in a bunch of the scenes, but not nearly as much as its predecessor. I was just happy that they didn't over-do the original jokes as these people usually are.
Shawn Levy should have returned to his seat as director, this new one didn't do nearly as well.
