I saw this movie when I was in high school and wish I had waited a few more years so I could appreciate it for what it is - a visually stunning film directed by Peter Greenaway. After taking a British Cinema course in college I understand Greenaway's films much better.
Not for everyone b/c of the subject matter... you can't just be a Ewan fan to see this one... you have to appreciate film as an art form.
