Review of The Pianist (2002) by Franzisko R — 06 Apr 2013
A powerful drama film that captures the devastation of the Nazis in Poland during World War 2 and the unimaginable suffering experienced by the Polish Jews who lived there. The tragic story is told from the point of view of a talented young Jewish pianist whose will to survive was so strong that it allowed him to somehow live through the horrors of the evil Germans Nazi goal to exterminate the Jews.
Adrien Brodys acting is amazing and this movie is heartbreaking but very well made.
