Review of The Philadelphia Story (1940) by Steve G — 25 Jul 2008
Great cinematography. Crackling dialogue. It would do Oscar Wilde proud. Unfortunately I'm not a fan of movies where marriage is taken lightly by spoiled rich people. Also can't stand Hepburn's horribly annoying accent.
Drives me up the wall. She has no appeal for me at all. No matter how rich. So TWO studs falling for her is just beyond belief.
