Another time travel, parallel universes film which is based on an alleged occurrence in a U.S. Navy dockyard during the Second World War as retold in Charles Berlitz's 1979 book, The Philadelphia Experiment: Project Invisibility.
Although debunked by various 'investigations' since and flatly denied by the FBI, the story (both film and book) remains unsettling and leaves one thinking 'what if'? A good yarn either way!
