Review of The Phantom of the Opera (2004) by Kat K — 30 Jun 2015
When you think of all that could be done with this classic story this movie ends up being a major disappointment. It never truly establishes the phantom as a memorable character. It never has you feeling anxious or even interested in what is happening.
Even the music wasn't as good as I have heard it elsewhere before. It's really lacking a true cinematic touch. (First and only viewing - 7/2/2015).
