I still like the musical more, especially the 25th Anniversary Concert, but this was my first experience with Phantom, and honestly, Gerard Butler isn't half bad in such a vocally demanding role. Ijust wish they didn't make some of the sung lines spoken and didn't go back to the time of the prologue that often.
