Review of The Petrified Forest (1973) by Todd N — 16 Dec 2012
This is the first movie on a Warner Brothers Humphrey Bogart DVD set. I wasn't expecting much as he wasn't a lead and it was before he became a star.I was pleasantly surprised. It was adapted from a stage play and it feels like one which works fine as the characters are original yet universal.
While the theme might seem familiar, it was quite radical for its time. This set is a fun education.
